3. Eligibility
Fyndhealth services are intended for children and adolescents, and registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling in our services, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to consent to therapy and services for the child.
4. Assessments and Therapy Outcomes

Therapy services aim to support developmental progress; however outcomes may vary from child to child.

No specific results or timelines can be guaranteed as it differs from child to child and depends on the type and intensity of the developmental condition.

Progress depends on multiple factors including consistency, home practice, and individual developmental conditions/differences.

Assessment results and therapy recommendations are provided based on professional clinical observations and standardized tools.
5. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments for therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Session duration and frequency will be determined based on assessment and doctor/therapist recommendations.

Parents/guardians must ensure the child attends sessions on time to ensure continuity of therapy. Consistency and home practice is extremely crucial.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To maintain fairness and therapist availability:

Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions cancelled without prior notice may be considered chargeable as per the cancellation policy.

7. Online Session Guidelines

9. Payment Terms

Refund policies –Parents or caregivers can avail services within 3 months of registration depending on the program opted. For any specific scenarios, parents taking offline sessions are requested to get in touch at their respective fyndhealth centres. Online therapy parents are requested to contact their allocated admin.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
Fyndhealth respects the privacy of children and families. All personal and medical information shared with us will be treated as confidential and used only for:
