Welcome to Fyndhealth! By accessing or using our website, therapy services, programs, and related resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our services including assessments, therapy sessions, early intervention programs, school readiness programs, and other developmental services provided by Fyndhealth.

 

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

 

2. Services Provided

Fyndhealth provides developmental support services for children including but not limited to:

  • Developmental Assessments

  • Early Intervention Programs

  • Occupational Therapy

  • Speech and Language Therapy

  • Behavioural Therapy and Regulation Programs

  • School Readiness Programs

  • Parent Guidance and Training

  • Multidisciplinary Therapy Sessions

  • Online, Offline at Fyndhealth centres, Hybrid, Home Visit and School-Based Therapy Sessions

  • All services are delivered by qualified professionals and are intended to support developmental progress.

 

3. Eligibility

Fyndhealth services are intended for children and adolescents, and registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling in our services, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to consent to therapy and services for the child.

 

4. Assessments and Therapy Outcomes

  • Therapy services aim to support developmental progress; however outcomes may vary from child to child.

  • No specific results or timelines can be guaranteed as it differs from child to child and depends on the type and intensity of the developmental condition.

  • Progress depends on multiple factors including consistency, home practice, and individual developmental conditions/differences.

  • Assessment results and therapy recommendations are provided based on professional clinical observations and standardized tools.




 

5. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments for therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Session duration and frequency will be determined based on assessment and doctor/therapist recommendations.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure the child attends sessions on time to ensure continuity of therapy. Consistency and home practice is extremely crucial.

 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To maintain fairness and therapist availability:

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions cancelled without prior notice may be considered chargeable as per the cancellation policy.

  • Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

 

7. Online Session Guidelines

For online therapy sessions:

  • Parents/guardians must ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment.

  • A stable internet connection and appropriate device are required.

  • Parent involvement may be required during the session to assist the child. It differs from child to child depending on the developmental gaps and needs of the child.

  • Fyndhealth is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet or technical issues beyond our control.

 

8. Parent/Caregiver Participation

  • Active participation from parents or caregivers is important for effective therapy outcomes.

Parents may be requested to:

  • Attend feedback sessions

  • Follow home therapy activities

  • Provide developmental information about the child

 

9. Payment Terms

  • All therapy sessions, assessments, and programs are subject to applicable fees.

  • Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated by Fyndhealth.

  • Packages or program fees may need to be paid in advance.

  • Refund policies –Parents or caregivers can avail services within 3 months of registration depending on the program opted. For any specific scenarios, parents taking offline sessions are requested to get in touch at their respective fyndhealth centres. Online therapy parents are requested to contact their allocated admin.

 

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

Fyndhealth respects the privacy of children and families. All personal and medical information shared with us will be treated as confidential and used only for:

  • Therapy planning

  • Clinical documentation

  • Service improvement

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

 

11. Media and Documentation Consent

Fyndhealth may request permission to use photographs, videos, or therapy activity images for:

  • Educational purposes

  • Training

  • Awareness programs

  • Website or social media

  • Such use will only occur with prior written consent from parents or guardians.

 

12. Health and Safety

Parents must inform therapists about:

  • Medical conditions

  • Allergies

  • Medication

  • Special health considerations

  • Fyndhealth will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety during sessions, but parents remain responsible for sharing accurate health information.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

While Fyndhealth strives to provide high-quality professional services, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Variations in therapy outcomes

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Technical disruptions during online sessions

 

14. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or its content

  • Copy or distribute website materials without permission

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • All website content including text, graphics, and resources are the property of Fyndhealth.

 

15. Modifications to Terms

18. Therapy Consent Policy

Parent / Guardian Consent

All therapy services at Fyndhealth require consent from a parent or legal guardian before starting assessments or intervention programs.

Scope of Therapy- Depending on the developmental needs of the child, therapy may include:

  • Occupational therapy

  • Speech and language therapy

  • Behavioural therapy

  • Developmental interventions

  • Early intervention programs

Understanding Therapy

Parents acknowledge that:

  • Therapy outcomes vary for each child depending on multiple factors starting from the diagnosis, intensity of the developmental concern, type of concern, home practice, consistency and much more 

  • Progress depends on consistency and participation

  • Home practice is highly recommended

Right to Withdraw

  • Parents may discontinue services at any time by informing the center in advance according to cancellation policies.

20. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Session Cancellation - If a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, parents must inform the center at least 24 hours in advance and refer to the cancellation policy.

  • Sessions cancelled without prior notice may be considered chargeable.

Therapy Packages

For therapy packages or programs:

  • Payments may need to be made in advance.

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package validity period.

Refund Policy

  • Parents or caregivers can avail services within 3 months of registration in lieu of payments as per the cancellation policy. For specific scenarios, parents are requested to connect with their respective fyndhealth centre. For online sessions, parents are requested to connect with the allocated admin.

Service Interruptions

Fyndhealth reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to therapist availability, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
